This Privacy Policy explains how PAZL LLC (“PAZL”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit and use LEXIMMI, a product and website operated by PAZL (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1) Who we are & scope

2) Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:

Account & contact data — email address (used for magic-link sign-in) and any profile details you add.

Form inputs & uploaded documents — information you type into forms and files you upload (e.g., PDF/DOCX).

Chat content — your messages to AI assistance and support.

Transactional data — subscription tier, invoices, refunds. Payment card data is processed by our payment processor and not stored in full by us.

Device & usage data — IP address, browser/type, language, pages viewed, referral URLs, timestamps, cookies, and similar technologies for security and analytics.

Sensitive data may appear in documents or fields you choose to submit. We process such data only to provide the Services at your direction.
3) How we use information
We use information to:

provide, operate, and secure the Services (including saving progress and syncing sessions);

process form content with AI to generate explanations, checks, and drafts you request;

send transactional emails (e.g., magic-link sign-in, receipts, important notices);

AI processing scope. We currently do not send form fields or uploaded documents to third-party AI providers. Only the chat messages you choose to send to the assistant may be processed by our AI. We do not allow providers to train their models on your content unless you explicitly opt in.
No selling or sharing for ads. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4) Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
We process personal data based on contract (to provide the Services you request), legitimate interests (e.g., security, analytics), consent (where required, e.g., certain cookies/communications), and legal obligation. You can withdraw consent at any time where applicable.
5) Sharing of information
We share information only with:

service providers/processors (hosting, storage, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, customer support, AI infrastructure) bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms;

professional advisors and authorities when required by law;

We do not disclose form contents to other customers.

Form entries, uploads, chat history — retained while your workspace/case exists; you can delete items in your account or request deletion.

We may retain minimal records as required by law.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to risk (e.g., HTTPS, access controls, least-privilege, monitoring). No method is 100% secure; please use the Services responsibly.
9) Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to or restrict processing, data portability, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact support@leximmi.com. We may need to verify your identity.
California (CPRA). We do not “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to know, delete, correct, and limit use of sensitive personal information, subject to exceptions. You can exercise these rights by emailing us.
10) Cookies & similar technologies
We use:
